For cake

For green tea mousse

For a special treat or to welcome guests, try this delicious Green Tea and Red Bean Mousse Cake. A Japanese inspired recipe that is delicately sweet and fluffy.



  1. For cake

    1. Sift cake flour, corn flour, green tea powder, and Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting ing Formula in the bowl and mix together; warm Best foods margarine butter
    2. Mix sugar, egg, and vanilla together . Then, put the mixture (1) and warm margarine into the bowl. mix everything together
    3. Bring the mixture into the pattern 11x15 inch and bake at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes. Leave them to cool down on the rack and cut into preferred size
  2. For syrup

    Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes and leave it to cool down
  3. For green tea mousse

    1. Put gelatin into water, boil it
    2. Mix milk and Best Foods Vanilla Filling together, then add boiled gelatinand mix them together, then add fluffy whipping cream
  4. For assembly

    1. Put cake on the pattern, put green tea mousse on the cake, then add red bean mix on the mousse, then put the cake on the mousse , then do the same 4-step again
    2. Put the mousse on top, then store it in the freezer
    3. Bring the pattern out, cut into the preferred size, then decorate with green tea powder
