Method

Butterfly Pea Flower Ice
- Boil water and put dried Butterfly pea flower into the pot until water change colour as desired. Remove from heat, discard the flower and let cool.
- Pour the flower water into ice mold and freeze for 6 hours. Remove from freezer and crush the ice in a blender.

Galaxy Lime Slushie
- Mix KNORR SELECTIONS Lime Seasoning Powder with water and syrup and stir to combine.
- Spoon crushed ice in a serving glass. Pour mixture (1) into the glass. Spoon crushed ice of Butterfly pea water on top.
- Pour soda water on top and decorate with lime slice and mint leaves. Ready to serve.
