For BBQ sauce

  • KNORR Barbecue Sauce 600.0 g
  • Black Pepper 8.0 g

For pork BBQ

  • Knorr Barbecue Seasoning 10.0 g
  • Pork Fillet 290.0 g
  • Garlic Clove, peeled 2.0 part
  • Rosemary 1.0 haulm
  • Thyme 2.0 stalk

For Cuban sandwich

  • Fermented Mexican Chilli 15.0 g
  • Toast 2.0 slice
  • Cheddar Cheese 1.0 piece
  1. For BBQ sauce

    Mix everything together
  2. For pork BBQ

    1. Mix barbecue seasoning with pork filler for 20 minutes
    2. Pour small portion of oil on heated pan, grill seasoning pork until all the sides are glowing with nice color
    3. Add garlic, rosemary and thyme in prepared sauce and mix everything in pan until blend
  3. For Cuban sandwich

    1. Butter the bread and grill on the pan until glowing with gold color then add pork slide on the bread
    2. Add fermented chilli and cheese, then grill until cheese is melted
