Making the Dish
- Mix egg, fresh milk and sugar together, put aside.
- Sift all purpose flour and Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula together then add Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine.
- Pour number 1 into number 2 and add chocolate chips. Mix everything together.
- Move the mixture onto food preservation film. Press all the flour together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into 2 cm thick. Press circle bloc on the mixture and flip it upside down to put on margarine tray.
- Apply beated egg in thin film on scone surface and bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. Leave them to cool down on the rack.
