Egg Yolk 3.0 egg

Fresh Milk 100.0 g

Cream 100.0 g

Sugar 5.0 g

All-purpose Flour 30.0 g

Butter, melted 20.0 g

Egg White 3.0 egg

Parmesan Cheese 20.0 g

Mozzarella Cheese 30.0 g

Cheddar Cheese 30.0 g
Preparation

Cheese Soufflle
- Pre-heat the oven at 180C.
- Mix egg yolk, milk, cream, sugar, and KNORR Aromat in a bowl with egg beater.
- Sift all-purpose flour together with BEST FOODS Baking Powder Double Acting Formula and mix them in a bowl before adding in melted butter.
- Beat egg white until stiff, then mix with the ingredients from no. 3.
- Pour into a mold, 50g per mold.
- Mix all the 3 kinds of cheese together. Sprinkle on the mixture in the mold. Bake in oven at 180C/12 minutes.
- Bring out of oven and serve while hot.
