Blueberry Cream Cheese Donut

All-purpose Flour 350 g

Dry Yeast 4 g

Cream Cheese Filling

Cream Cheese 270 g

Icing Sugar 36 g

Mascarpone Cheese 90 g
Almond Crumble

Sugar 35 g

All-purpose Flour 55 g

Oatmeal 15 g

Almond, roughly chopped 35 g
Preparation

Donut
- Mix all-purpose flour, dry yeast and Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula in a mix bowl.
- Melt sugar before adding salt, egg, and milk then blend well. Pour into the mix bowl.
- Knead the mixture and add Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine. Continue kneading until the dough is smooth (use the film to check the smoothness).
- Let the dough sit and rise to double size.
- Cut the dough into pieces, 40g per piece, and shape the dough as desire (round shape or ring shape). Let the dough sit for 40-50 minutes.
- Deep fry in oil with medium heat until done.
- Let the oil drain.

Cream Cheese Filling
- Mix cream cheese and icing sugar with flat beater until smooth.
- Whisk in mascarpone cheese and continue beating until smooth. Add KNORR SELECTIONS Lime Seasoning Powder and continue beating until blended well.

Almond Crumble
- Warm the oven to 180C.
- Mix Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine, sugar, flour, and oatmeal together and blend well.
- Add almond into the mixture and blend in.
- Put in the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and leave it to cool down.
- Decorate as desire.
