  • Fine Grounded Cookies 100.0 g
  • BEST FOODS Butter Flavoured Margarine 1 kg 70.0 g
  • Chopped Cashew Nuts 25.0 g

For Milk Mousse

  1. For Cookie Pie

    • Mix fine grounded cookies with Best Food Butter Flavoured Margarine and chopped cashew nuts.
    • Stir well and press the ring mould. Ensure the mixture is about 1-2cm thickness. Freeze until the mixture is set.
  2. For Milk Mousse

    • Mix Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine, fresh milk and condensed milk, boil in a pot.
    • Melt white chocolate and egg yolks. When the mixture melts, put in dissolved gelatin, stir well and leave it cool.
    • Whisk whipped cream by using whisk attachment at the highest speed until form soft peak. Mix all ingredients prepared in step no. 2 into the fluffy whipped cream. Gently stir by hand whisk until all ingredients mix well.
    • Fill ¼ of each mould with mousse, then put the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes until the mousse is set.
    • Take the mousse from the fridge. And squeeze Best Foods LC Strawberry Filling in the middle of the mousse, fill up each mould with the remaining mousse. Leave it cool for 25-30 minutes until the mousse is set.
    • Take the mousse out from the mould, put on cookie pie. Coat with melting chocolate before serving.
