Preparation

Bamboo Mushroom and Baby Spare Ribs Soup
- Boil the water in a pot, put garlic, coriander and goji berry.
- Put in pork spare ribs, Chinese bamboo shoot and Shiitake mushroom. Simmer until tender, then add Bamboo mushroom.
- Season with KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce and a pinch of ground pepper. Taste and adjust as desired.
- Serve in a bowl, garnish with minced coriander.
