Bamboo Mushroom and Baby Spare Ribs Soup

  • Pork Spare Ribs, cleaned, chopped 300.0 g
  • Chinese Bamboo Shoot, bite-size chopped 80.0 g
  • Bamboo Mushroom, dried, rinsed 2.0 g
  • Coriander Root, crushed 2.0 g
  • Garlic, crushed 10.0 g
  • Shiitake Mushroom, soaked in water 45.0 g
  • Goji Berry 2.0 g
  • Ground Pepper 0.5 g
  • Clean Water 1.5 l
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce 4300 ml 10.0 g
  1. Bamboo Mushroom and Baby Spare Ribs Soup

    • Boil the water in a pot, put garlic, coriander and goji berry.
    • Put in pork spare ribs, Chinese bamboo shoot and Shiitake mushroom. Simmer until tender, then add Bamboo mushroom.
