  • Bread Flour 150.0 g
  • Vanilla Powder 2.0 tsp
  • BEST FOODS Baking Powder Double Acting Formula 1 kg 2.0 tsp
  • BEST FOODS Butter Flavoured Margarine 1 kg 200.0 g
  • Icing Sugar 200.0 g
  • Eggs 4.0 egg
  • Crispy Fried Bacon 70.0 g
  • Chopped Boiled Spinach 50.0 g
  • Muffin Cups
  • Crispy Fried Bacon for decoration
  • Parsley for decoration
  1. For Avocado Cream

    • Mix Best Foods SE Bakery Mayonnaise and avocado together well before use.
  2. For Muffin

    • Sift cake flour, bread flour, vanilla powder and Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula into a bowl. Put aside
    • Beat Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine and icing sugar in the mixer with paddle on a medium speed until risen
    • Add egg, one at a time, and continue to mix. Decrease speed to lowest.
    • Add prepared flour and mix well. Add bacon and spinach and stir well. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 night.
    • Fill ¾ of the cup with the mixture. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until the muffin turns golden brown. Take out from the oven and rest on a rack to cool down. Decorate the top with avocado cream, bacon and parsley.
