  • Vegetable Oil 1.0 tsp
  • Galangal, minced 8.0 g
  • Bird's Eye Chilli, crushed 5.0 g
  • Chilli Paste 1.0 tsp
  • Squid, cut in strips 25.0 g
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Fish Sauce 4500 ml 2.0 tsp
  • Water
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Lime Seasoning Powder 400 g 1.0 tsp
  • Teared Bergamot leaf 1.0 side
  • Chilli Paste Oil 1.0 tbsp
  • Parsley, for garnish
  • White Shrimp, medium 2.0 portion
  • Thin Rice Noodle, soaked in water 1.0 pack
  • Fried Wanton Flour (for side dish) 2.0 piece
  • Aroysure All-In-One Seasoning Chicken Flavoured 800 g 1.0 tsp
  1. Preparation

    • Heat oiled pan, Add minced galangal, chopped lemon grass, crush bird's eye chilli, chilli paste and mix it together.
    • Add shrimp, squid and season with Knorr Fish Sauce.
    • Add thin rice noodle and water, fry until everything mix together and season with Aroysure All-In-One Chicken Flavoured Seasoning, Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder and Bergamot leaf.
    • Serve on the plate decorate with fried wonton flour.
