Method

    • Mix the ready-to-use Knorr three-flavour seasoning mix / chopped onion / chopped lemongrass / palm sugar / turmeric powder / curry powder / fresh coconut milk (except the meat) in a large bowl.
    • Add the beef and mix well. Marinate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
    • Before grilling, let the meat rest at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
    • Skewer the skewers and grill on a preheated grill or iron skillet over low to medium heat.
    • Keep turning until cooked through, about 4-6 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat, then brush the meat with a light oil or marinade while grilling to keep it juicy.

    • Mix coconut milk / ready-to-use Knorr three spices / young galangal / onion / chopped lemongrass / palm sugar / chili / Knorr concentrated tamarind sauce / peanuts.
