For Layered Milk Tea

  • Hot Water 0.5 cup
  • Syrup 2.5 oz
  • Milk 3.5 oz
  • Butterfly Pea Water 1.5 oz
  • Ice Cube 22 oz
  • Fresh Butterfly Pea Flower (for decoration)
  • Mint Leaves (for decoration)
  1. For Layered Milk Tea

    • Infuse Lipton Yellow Label Tea bags in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Discard the bags.
    • Add syrup in the brewed tea and stir to mix.
    • Put ice cube in the serving glass. Pour syruped tea in the glass, followed with milk, and then, butterfly pea water. Decorate with butterfly pea flower and mint leaves, and serve.
