    • Add clean water to a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add Knorr Chicken Soup and stir until dissolved. Add galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Boil for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
    • When it boils again, add straw mushrooms and shrimp. Boil until cooked through. Season with fish sauce, sugar, chili paste, crushed chilies, and coriander. Turn off the heat and remove from heat. Add Knorr lime powder that has been mixed with water and stir until well combined. Taste and adjust the flavor as appropriate.
    • Serve by scooping the Tom Yum Goong into a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
