Method

Steps for making pastry dough
- Place all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl and mix or fold until combined.
- Add water and mix or fold until combined.
- Add unsalted butter and mix or fold until combined, about 10 minutes.
- Gravel into a ball and let it rest for 45-60 minutes.
- When time is up, remove the dough and press it to release air bubbles.
- Divide the dough into 16 pieces and roll them into rounds. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough into an oval shape and fold the dough towards the center. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a long, tapered shape. Place 5 grams of unsalted butter on each end of the dough and roll from one end to the other. Let rest for 45-60 minutes.
- Sprinkle with 1 gram of salt on each piece and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Steps for making the filling
- Remove the shiopan and use a knife to cut the sides.
- Top each piece with 16 grams of Knorr Pizza Sauce and garnish with sauce.
- Add 100 grams of chicken sausage, cut in half lengthwise.
Decoration process
- Decorate for a Halloween theme with 8g of Best Foods Sweet Mayonnaise.
- Garnish with 2 slices of sliced black olives to resemble eyes. Serve.
