Tea Jelly

  • LIPTON Yellow Label Tea 2 g 6.0 sack
  • Hot Water 500.0 ml
  • Gelatin Powder 40.0 g
  • Water 120.0 ml
  • Syrup 100.0 ml

Lime Jelly

  • KNORR SELECTIONS Lime Seasoning Powder 400 g 20.0 g
  • Water 10.0 ml

Ice-Lime Tea Jelly Tea

  • LIPTON Yellow Label Tea 2 g 1.0 sack
  • Hot Water 250.0 ml
  • Syrup 75.0 ml
  • Lime slices for decoration
  • Mint leaves for decoration
  • Tea jelly and Lime jelly
  • Ice 16.0 oz
  1. Tea Jelly

    • Mix gelatin powder with plain water and let soak completely. Melt in a double boil pot or in microwave.
    • Soak Lipton Yellow Label Tea in hot water for 5 minutes. Discard the bags.
    • Add syrup, gelatin water and stir to combine.
    • Pour mixture into a mold and refrigerate until fully set. Cut into pieces.
  2. Lime Jelly

    • Mix gelatine powder with plain water and let soak completely. Melt in a double boil pot or in microwave.
    • Add KNORR SELECTIONS Lime Seasoning Powder, hot water, syrup in gelatine water and stir to combine.
    • Pour mixture into a mold and refrigerate until fully set. Cut into pieces.
  3. Ice-Lime Tea Jelly Tea

    • Soak LIPTON Yellow Label Tea bag in hot water for 3 minutes. Remove the bag.
    • Add syrup and stir.
    • Put tea jelly or lime jelly in a glass. Then put ice cube into the glass. Pour tea into the glass and decorate with tea jelly or lime jelly, lime slices and mint leaves. Ready to serve.
